Over The Moon is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day logistics operations across wholesale, ecommerce, and 3PL fulfillment. This role will serve as the primary operational lead managing our relationship with our third-party logistics partner, ensuring inventory accuracy, timely inbound and outbound shipments, smooth vendor communication, and strong reporting visibility across the business.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, operationally minded, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously. This person should thrive in a fast-paced environment, proactively solve problems, and help build scalable logistics processes as the business continues to grow.
