Insight Global is looking for an IT Project Manager to lead the contact center AI initiatives, driving how agentic and efficiency capabilities are delivered across multiple teams. This person will manage cross‑team coordination ensuring dependencies, sequencing, and platform enablers stay aligned. They will partner with leaders who oversee AI feature delivery by breaking down foundational claims work, clarifying timelines, and resolving blockers.
