Universal Technical Institute’s Custom Training Group (CTG) is seeking an experienced Technical Instructor to deliver advanced workforce training to fleets, transit authorities, manufacturers, and transportation partners across North America.

This role is ideal for a highly skilled technician who enjoys sharing their expertise and helping professional technicians strengthen their diagnostic and technical skills.

CTG instructors lead hands‑on training for working technicians in fleet, transit, automotive, and industrial environments. Training is delivered at client locations and UTI campuses nationwide, and the role involves extensive travel throughout the year.

Our instructors work with national fleets, municipal transit agencies, and global manufacturers, helping technicians build practical skills in diagnostics, maintenance, and emerging vehicle technologies.

What We Offer

• $85,000 - $90,000 per year (based upon experience)
