Marketing Automation Specialist (HubSpot Focus)

• Collaborate with Colombian and international teams
• Advanced English (B2+ – C1)
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
• Non-fixed term Colombian contract

Responsibilities

• Serve as HubSpot expert – manage workflows, campaigns, forms, landing pages, email marketing, segmentation, and reporting.
• Design, implement, and maintain complex automation workflows across email, SMS, and other digital channels.
• Integrate MarTech tools with internal systems, ensuring accurate data flow and alignment.
• Execute email and SMS campaigns, optimizing for lead conversion and lifecycle progression.
