Job Description
This role is responsible for leading Medicare (and some Medicaid) implementation and expansion initiatives with critically tight deadlines within a managed care environment. Reporting to the Portfolio Director of Growth and Implementations, the Senior Project Manager will manage multiple business workstreams by creating detailed project roadmaps, allocating resources, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external State Health Plan stakeholders. The PM will oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning and design through validation and execution.
Responsibilities include maintaining project plans and documentation, leading stakeholder meetings, tracking status and deliverables, forecasting budgets, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope.
