Insight Global is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support a growing, fully remote organization during a period of high hiring volume and operational process buildout. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity designed for an HR professional who enjoys owning and improving processes, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, and contributing across the full HR lifecycle.
This role will initially be 50% focused on recruiting and onboarding for approximately 24 active openings, with the remaining time dedicated to HR operations and UKG-related projects. Over time, this position will expand further into performance management, L&D, compensation, payroll, and other HR initiatives.
Youβll work as part of a collaborative HR team (approximately 6β7 team members globally), partnering closely with another HR Generalist to divide responsibilities and drive efficiency.
