Position Summary

The Director will facilitate the representation of clients in the buying and selling of commercial properties, providing essential support in negotiations between buyers and sellers. This role involves acting as an intermediary to ensure successful transactions and optimal outcomes for all parties involved.

Responsibilities

• Drive the growth and expansion of Berkadia’s Investment Sales practice by aggressively originating, structuring, and closing transactions.


• Promote the sale of commercial real estate through diverse marketing channels.


• Prepare and provide necessary legal documentation to support transactions.


• Build and nurture client relationships within the assigned region.
