We're looking for a Design Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for Vanta’s Design organization. This is a senior individual contributor role on the Technical Recruiting team. You’ll be the go-to expert for design talent: someone who knows the market deeply, can assess portfolios with credibility, and creates the kind of candidate experience that earns a “yes” from people with options.
