Seeking an experienced Remote TITLE EXAMINER.      

A prominent full-service Settlement & Escrow Company is expanding and hiring a Title Examiner.  

The Commercial Clearance Officer will be responsible for overseeing the timely close of commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and 2-5 years of relevant experience in the title industry.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, required. Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
• 3-5 years commercial title examination experience. NJ, NY, and/or PA experience required.
• Computer experience, including Microsoft Office suite. Microsoft Teams a plus.
