This role does have room for growth into a full time position. Under general supervision, provides effective, efficient, and accurate assistance to the claims manager.
Must be available to work 8am - 5pm Mountain time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sending out letters for coverage files and addressing any questions that insureds, claimants, or attorneys may have
• Take recorded statements from our insured, claimant and witnesses to gather pertinent information as needed by management
• Send notifications to underwriting when additional info is found
• Setting up/assigning new claims
• Meet expectations for attendance and punctuality
