Job Title: Relocation & Lending Closet Administrative Assistant  Work Hours  Part-Time (Approx.

  • 20–25 hours/week)  Monday – Friday  Location  ACS Building 108, Caserma Ederle, Vicenza, Italy  Duties  Maintain Client Tracking System (CTS) with accurate daily entries  Manage Lending Closet inventory (issue, return, and tracking of items)  Prepare welcome packets for incoming personnel and families  Provide community information and support relocation services  Generate reports and submit monthly statistics  Track overdue items and coordinate returns  Support relocation briefings and program activities  Qualifications  Experience in administrative support or customer service  Strong organizational and record-keeping skills  Basic computer proficiency (data entry, tracking systems)  Strong communication skills  Powered b...
