Relief Reception and Access Control Officer

Carlisle Support Services is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team, working with our prestigious clients. We are recruiting a Relief Reception and Access Control Officer.

You will deliver Reception and Access Control services, completing core tasks while adding value to Jaguar Land Rover. This Midland-based role requires full mobility and day‑to‑day flexibility across all JLR Midlands sites, as business needs dictate. Operating hours vary by site, so flexibility is required to cover Reception & Access Control services, including additional hours when supporting other locations. Note: This role covers annual leave and sickness. It is not full‑time and does not have regular hours.

You will be the first point of contact when the usual team is on leave. Most shifts will be planned well in advance, but you may be asked to work at short notice.
