Location: Arlington Private Nursing Home, 9 North Parade.

We are recruiting a Relief Care Assistant to join our progressive Arlington Care Home, based in Belfast. This vital role supports nursing staff in delivering person‑centred care in line with the Patient Charter of Rights and Nursing Home Minimum Standards.

Professional Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as dressing, bathing, eating and mobility
• Delivering excellent quality, person‑centred care to all residents
• Enriching the lives of residents through activities
• Updating and maintaining accurate records in line with patient care
• Supporting the nursing team with compliance policies and procedures
• Being fully flexible to support residents with one‑to‑one care as and when required
