**Job Overview**
Oversees all quality and reliability activities and staff for all products or product lines; manages a team of quality and reliability engineers, technicians, and first-line supervisors.
**Job Requirements**
+ Approving department projects including the creation project deliverables. Reviewing project stage gates and proposals.
+ Developing strategy roadmap, setting and tracking KPI metrics and cascading it down to the team; planning all resources (budget responsibilities, headcount) and schedules for functional and quality performance work.• Leading, mentoring and developing mid to large scale teams to promote quality awareness and implement quality programs and initiatives.
