Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, preferably ECE, Chemical, Manufacturing, Electrical and Mechanical degree or any Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree
• With at least 5 years FA-REL working experience or related experience with Electronics/Semiconductor company and at least 1-year Supervisory Experience. Or at least have 10 years FA-Rel working experience.
• Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing processes. Problem Solving Tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, OCAP, DOE, Six Sigma, 7QC Tools, FA Knowledgeable in Manufacturing flow, Non-destructive failure analysis such as: Xray, SAM (Scanning Acoustic Microscopy), X-ray, High magnification & low magnification external inspection, Non-contact measurement, Destructive testing for failure analysis
• Keen to detail, work with minimum supervision, with good analytical and critical thinking. Can effectively communicate. With Leadership skills Knowledgeable in MS Office Can interpret reliability test
