Reliability Engineer II
Location: San Leandro, CA 94577
Role will be 1st Shift Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
Candidate must be eligible to be employed for an indefinite duration without limitiations.
Is there a possibility this role will be extended? Yes
Is there a possibility this role will convert to Full time? Possibly. Headcount will need to be approved first.
Purpose of Position:
The Manufacturing Reliability Engineer is responsible for enhancing equipment reliability and driving a unified, plant-wide continuous improvement strategy across Maintenance, Operations, Safety, Quality, and Training. This role ensures that reliability-centered maintenance practices are implemented and sustained, while fostering collaboration across departments to reduce downtime, improve asset performance, and support a culture of operational excellence.
