Reliability Engineer - Job Description (Short)

Monday to Friday - Days only
Salary: £56,000 + Benefit

We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing site, playing a key role in improving performance across production lines through continuous improvement and best practice maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive continuous improvement and reliability across production equipment and processes
Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and minimise equipment downtime
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
Work closely with operations and engineering teams to improve performance and efficiency
Provide reactive and technical support on production linesRequirements:

Strong maintenance engineering background within manufacturing
Experience in FMCG / high-speed production environments preferred
Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, and automated systems
