+ 10+ years of professional experience leading Agile software engineering teams

+ Hands-on experience as a Release Train Engineer, with responsibilities including PI Planning, ART Readiness, Dependency Coordination, and Quarterly Reviews

+ Expertise in Lucidchart and Jira/JQL

+ Knowledge of SDLC - should be able to understand technical dialogue and relay it back to the business

+ Experience with Risk, Dependency, and Release Management
