Responsibilities

• Act as primary facilitator and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART), guiding teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders in Agile and SAFe practices.
• Lead and facilitate major ART ceremonies, including PI Planning events, ensuring alignment on objectives, dependencies, and committed PI goals.
• Conduct ART Sync meetings (Scrum of Scrums + PO Sync).
• Proactively manage program‑level risks, impediments, dependencies, and compliance blockers—escalating to governance/risk committees as needed and preventing regulatory deadlines from being impacted.
• Escalate and help resolve program‑level impediments that teams or Scrum Masters cannot address on their own.
