Lead and coordinate high-risk or complex releases across multiple applications and teams within C&IB
Drive release planning, scheduling, and execution across C&IB domains
Present upcoming C&IB release activity, risks, and validation steps to executive leaders
Serve as a floating RM within C&IB assigned dynamically based on risk, scale, and gaps
Ensure ITSM processes meet enterprise standards and quality expectations
