Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Job Description of the role is as under:

  • Identification & Onboarding of TW Digital players in the industry
  • Build & execute the roadmap for TW Lending with various Digital players
  • Design end to end sourcing to disbursal journey & post disbursal journeys from partner’s platform
  • Work with various team (IT, Policy, Operations, Collections etc) to ensure right product mix for each partner to generate maximum volumes
  • Driving collection efficiency across buckets for every partner to ensure delinquencies within budget
  • Analysing data & portfolio at respective partner level & recommend changes for improving sourcing or book quality
  • Regular industry analysis of TW Digital lending platforms & Competition benchmarking
