The Relationship Manager is responsible for selling and managing Smart Zone’s concierge and business support services while delivering a seamless client experience. This role combines sales, relationship management, and service coordination , ensuring clients receive timely, value-driven solutions beyond company setup.

• Actively promote and sell Smart Zone concierge services to new and existing clients.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable concierge solutions and packages.
• Manage client relationships from inquiry to service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Follow up on leads, upsell additional services, and close opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales updates in CRM.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
