Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Experience working in a relevant role within Corporate Banking
• Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer’s needs and managing lending requests
• Ability to build effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same
• Comprehensive understanding of risk management and proven experience ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory processes
• Ability to be self‑driven, manage conflicting priorities, and work collaboratively to meet deadlines
• Experience in developing opportunities for growth with existing and new‑to‑bank clients

This is a hybrid position with the base location being Castle Donington. Clients are based predominantly across the East Midlands, so it is important that you are based within an easy commutable distance of this region and can travel as required.
