Become a pivotal part of The National Ballet of Canada as the Rehearsal Director. Direct rehearsals, coach dancers, and collaborate closely with choreographers in Toronto.

In this key role, you will report to the Artistic Director, overseeing both existing ballets and new works. Your responsibilities include staging preparations, lighting and costuming supervision, and managing program casting. You’ll also work on evaluating dancer performances and providing feedback while participating in educational and fundraising events.
