Rehabilitation Specialist (Chigwell FWC) – Fitness – Permanent Part Time

Salary: Up to £30,497.59 pro rata (15 hours per week), based on experience.

Position Overview: The role is key to delivering Nuffield Health Rehabilitation Programmes, facilitating remote and in‑person exercise, emotional wellbeing support, healthy eating, and goal setting for participants’ recovery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Organise and run rolling 12‑week rehabilitation programmes.
• Facilitate both live‑stream and in‑person group exercise classes for participants of varying abilities and physical function.
• Promote self‑directed activity through pre‑recorded on‑demand classes and a journal to help participants manage their condition after the 12‑week programme.
• Re‑calibrate exercises and intensities based on regular improvements in effort and performance.
