Position Overview

We are seeking a Regulatory (Product) Counsel to drive the regulatory and legal assessment of new product launches and initiatives on our global platform. This role focuses on enabling market expansion by evaluating regulatory landscapes, identifying permissible product offerings, and advising on compliant go-to-market strategies in jurisdictions where the exchange is in the pre-licensing or market entry phase as well as ensuring that the product falls within the licensing parameters of the entity(s) operating the global platform. The ideal candidate combines legal acumen with a pragmatic, commercially oriented mindset and genuine curiosity about crypto products.
