Responsibilities

• The appointed paralegal will work within a high performing investigations team, managing a varied caseload involving serious concerns about the conduct of professionals, including assessing risk, gathering evidence, and progressing cases through the regulatory process in line with statutory requirements.
• This is a fast paced and engaging role requiring strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities while preparing cases for panel consideration.

Qualifications

• Applicants are required to have at least 18 months of experience in investigations, regulatory work, or litigation case handling, along with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage a high volume caseload independently.
