Travel: Regular travel to Hemel Hempstead, Loughborough, and other UK locations as required

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Improvement Manager to support the delivery of a complex operational improvement programme across multiple business functions.

This role will coordinate a range of interconnected workstreams involving operational enhancements, implementation of new facilities and working environments, systems and process improvements, governance activities, and business readiness planning.
