Responsibilities

• Responsible for filing necessary applications and handling all government interactions pertaining to the regulation process for products requiring governmental approval.
• Liaise with local authorities to provide relevant legislation and compliance requirement so as to advise suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide guidelines for the required documents to the supplier management team for new product screening.
• Assist to develop procedures to ensure regulatory compliance as and when required.
• Provide directions for developing, implementing, and maintaining the regulatory permit/license to comply with and meet the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) requirements.
• Handle regulatory documentation of pet food and pet care products.
• Feedback suppliers’ queries and difficulties to the respective governmental agency so as to resolve an issue.
