Regulatory Affairs Associate or Senior Attorney (Energy Transactional) (Boise, ID; Minneapolis, MN; Phoenix, AZ; Salt Lake City, UT) (#1020)
Dorsey is seeking an associate or senior attorney with five to ten years of energy transactional experience to join the Regulatory Affairs group in our Boise, Minneapolis, Phoenix, or Salt Lake City office. Experience with Power Purchase Agreements, Interconnection Agreements (generators, transmission, and load), Large Load matters, electric service agreements, transmission service matters, and other industry specific transactions is required.

Qualified candidates will have:
- A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school;
- Five to ten years of energy transactional experience;
- Idaho, Minnesota, Arizona, or Utah bar admission or the ability to become admitted in Idaho, Minnesota, Arizona, or Utah;
- Excellent communication and writing skills;
- Strong academic performance
