CAMH’s Nursing Innovation & Transition Program is recruiting newly‑graduated Registered Practical Nurses to join our team as part of the Nursing Graduate Guarantee Initiative. Our team is well‑equipped to support your learning and development during a robust 12‑week residency on one unit with further support in transitioning to nursing roles within CAMH post‑residency.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work within an interprofessional care team to provide direct client‑ and family‑centered mental health and addictions care. You will work with diverse client populations and liaise, as appropriate, with other services across CAMH and within the community to coordinate care. You will engage in reflective practice and have the opportunity to contribute to program development.
