About the Role
We are looking for Mental Health Registered Practitioners to join us and be part of an exciting and innovative new community-based service

We recognise that whanau in crisis require more than just a health response and that the first point of contact should not be Emergency Departments or Police unless required. We are designing a service that brings access to key health and social services for people in mental health crisis into one place.
