Registered Nurse - Transitional Graduate Nurse

Newly graduated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Psychiatric Nurses (RPNs) are invited to apply for entry‑level, regular full‑time positions across various departments. These roles are part of the Transitional Graduate Nurse (TGN) Recruitment Program and are open to those who have graduated (or will graduate) with a Baccalaureate of Nursing within 12 months of starting the program and have not yet secured a regular full‑time or part‑time position with AHS. Applicants must be eligible for registration (including temporary permits) with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA) and/or the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Alberta (CRPNA). A current BCLS‑HCP certification is required.
