You will be responsible for working in a timely manner, upholding the facility’s expectations for cleanliness, and interacting with each client in a respectful and polite manner.Responsibilities

Perform supervisory visits as outlined in HFR (Health Facility Registry) policies relative to RN & LPN requirements

Provide PCA training for new residential employees and annual updates for existing staff

Complete license renewals as needed

Supervise CRA and CLS staff to ensure compliance of PHCP regulations related to nursing

Review and initial PHCP tracking sheets monthly to ensure services are being provided as outlined on PHCP service plan

Perform annual staff evaluations

Perform HRST reviews for anyone with an HCL of 3 or higher
