Vascular patients, amputations, detox patients Orientation/Start Date: held every other week on Thursday Experience Required: 2 Years Patient Ratios: 1:4 (We have a goal of a 4 to 1 ratio. Stretch ratio is 5 to 1. We also have LPNs that work the unit. So you could have your 4 or 5 patients plus cover LPNs. Depending on weather, call ins, state of emergencies etc.. the ratios may change.)
