Corrections Medicine Registered Nurse
St. Louis County Department of Public Health has an exciting opportunity for nursing professionals to grow their skills in Corrections Medicine. This unique environment provides for utilization of critical thinking skills and a patient focused approach while using basic nursing and specialized practice areas to care for adult and juvenile patients across a variety of functional settings and health care needs. This role reports to the Nurse Supervisor and requires strong skills in communication, documentation, partnership, and critical thinking. This is a 24/7/365 environment. Weekend and holiday hours are required. We are currently hiring for full time, part time and PRN roles. The typical starting salary is $29.00 hourly but may be higher depending on assigned job duties and candidate's qualifications and experience.
