Local DaVita SNF dialysis dens are located at Haven Sky Harbor, Palm Valley and Resolve:

RNs work in a 6-chair dialysis den. It is likely to be a 3-day per week schedule with NO on-call.

The RN must be flexible to support our local SNF Dialysis dens if needed and possibly get some hours in outpatient dialysis while census growth occurs.

Approximately 10% of all dialysis patients reside in a Skilled Nursing Facility and are transported to dialysis three times a week placing a significant burden on patients and adding significant avoidable costs to the health care system. DSD Services teammates will have access to all the capabilities and resources DaVita has to offer, and will work to quickly leverage these to develop the infrastructure and rapidly grow the new service line.
