At S t. Charles, we believe that recovery begins with the desire to change and that individuals who want to change can achieve success with support. Drug and alcohol rehab are offered through St. Charles Hospital's Chemical Dependency Rehabilitation program. The program is for adults age 18 and over, is voluntary, and is designed to promote recovery. Our program utilizes various approaches to achieve recovery goals including cognitive restructuring, relapse prevention training, effect regulation, wellness concepts and 12-step principles.
