Requirements:

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (or obtain within 6 months)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred or required based on services
• Minimum 1-2 years of Operating Room experience as a Circulator strongly preferred
