Definition of Position: The Registered Nurse provides direct and individualized nursing care to patients across multiple clinical settings. This role requires demonstrated competency in at least two of the following three primary nursing areas: Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg), and Emergency Room (ER). The RN is responsible for assessing patient conditions, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
