The CV/CICU is a 24-bed intensive care unit providing comprehensive nursing care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Our team consistently incorporates Evidence-Based Practice to ensure high-quality, effective patient care. Through Shared Governance, staff integrate core professional values and actively contribute to a framework that aligns nursing practice with UMC’s mission, vision, and strategic plan. Staff engagement and input remain essential as we maintain and advance our Magnet journey.
