**Per Diem RN Community Hospice Homecare - Columbia and Greene County areas -Per diem**

The Community Hospice has a wonderful opportunity for an RN seeking per diem employment to work as part of our Hospice Home Care Team-caring for patients and families residing primarily in Columbia and Greene counties.

Needs would be during the week within Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30 pm. No weekend needs.
