Job Description
This dialysis RN position is a part of the Mobile Experience the Difference team.
In this position you will give outpatient patients the opportunity to experience the difference between their typical treatments and small hemodialysis machines.
This nurse offers one week of daily treatments in an outpatient clinic setting.
Monday-Friday
This is a float position and will require travel to clinics in the greater Twin Cities area.
PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The registered professional nurse Home Therapies RN CAP 1 is an entry level designation into the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). This position is accountable and responsible for the provision and coordination of clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients.
