Job Description
Position Summary:
Manages the hospital's Employee Health function to include development and administration of all programs, policies, and procedures; ensures that all employees have the opportunity to seek attention for health related problems. In addition, provides infection control surveillance as it relates to employees and their fitness for work.
Experience:
Must possess the ability to interact and communicate with a wide cross section of individuals in a courteous and tactful manner. Must possess the highest ethical standards with respect to discretion and regard for confidential information. May spend a majority of working hours standing.
