Responsibilities

• Review medical records related to insurance claims.
• Extract and summarize essential medical information into structured abstracts.
• Identify and highlight relevant diagnoses, procedures, and treatments.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and data integrity.
• Ensure all documentation complies with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
• Collaborate with claims teams to ensure summaries meet claim requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Active PHRN license
• Amenable to work on a night shift schedule
• Has internet connection of at least 50MBPS
