About the role

Our Home Health Registered Nurses are key members of an integrated, multi-disciplinary team, responsible for delivering evidence-based, person-centred nursing care to support customers in their own homes. This hybrid role will support you to work at your full scope of practice, providing quality care across a variety of work settings and caseloads.

To provide flexibility to suit your lifestyle and career goals, we are currently offering a casual position within our nursing team, working hours *********. This team support the Hospital in The Home program and work in and around the suburbs of the Perth Metro area
