Job Description
Duties
- Providing high-quality patient care in the Operating Room with a focus on orthopedic surgeries and general procedures.
- Participating in interdisciplinary support and collaboration to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
- Managing on-call duties as needed, with a flexible schedule that includes 5x8 hour shifts starting at various times.
- Adhering to facility guidelines and maintaining a high standard of practice in a teaching hospital environment.
Skills
- Strong orthopedic surgical skills, with general surgery as a secondary focus.
- Proficiency in using the Epic charting system.
- Experience with a variety of surgical procedures, including but not limited to vascular, gynecology, plastics, podiatry, orthopedic, cardiovascular, general surgery, urology, robotics, bariatrics, and neurology.
