Overview

Your Opportunity: A candidate with strong interest, experience and ability to provide family centered nursing care to newborn patients and families is required. A candidate with certification in a relevant specialty area, charge nurse experience and leadership training is preferred. Successful applicant will: Competently utilize nursing process in providing direct patient care to high-risk infants in a Level 2 NICU. Involve and advocate for the family in all matters of care. Disciplined and family centered care environment. Independently and effectively make decisions and able to adapt to changing situations. Organize and set priorities. Build commitment and trust with clients and co-workers. Promote/maintain safe work environment.
