**Job Description:**

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care of patients. The staff RN utilizes the nursing process by use of technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence-based practice and coordination of care with other health team members.
We are a level IV NICU and a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center which is ranked among the best children’s hospitals in the United States, providing specialized care for more than 1 million children living in a 400,000 square-mile service area and beyond.

Two hundred medical specialties care for nearly 500 babies each year in our beautiful new unit with 51 private room beds. More then 65% of our babies are unique to our PCH NICU – meaning the care cannot be provided anywhere else in Utah or many of the surrounding states.
