Job Description
St. Luke’s Health System in Boise is seeking an experienced RN to join our amazing Inpatient Medical/Surgical Neuro team! We currently have full-time night shift or part-time day shift available.
* SIGN ON BONUS & RELO ELIGIBLE FOR NEW-HIRE RN'S WITH 1+ YRS EXP! *
* Shift differential offered for night shift
Boise Neuro med/surg unit is a 34 bed Surgical unit that is an ideal place to build strong clinical skills while caring for an increasingly diverse patient population. Our surgical cases include all spine surgeries (neck and back, including pediatric (13years or older) scoliosis; all cranial (brain) surgeries including brain tumor removal, neuro-vascular surgeries/neuro-interventional procedures, etc.; VP shunt placement for hydrocephalus; Deep Brain Stimulators for Parkinson’s patients; and caring for all stroke patients. Typical RN to patient ratios on this unit are 1:3-4. For CNAs, the ratios are typically 1:8-12.
